We had a great stay here. Check-in and out went smoothly, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast and appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location close to the airport. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had fast wifi.

Our room had only half a window (literally) and it was just by the road. Hence, it was impossible to sleep from 5.15 am until 10 pm!

My room had a (bed) bug problem. I didn´t realize it until I checked out when I noticed one of my bags was crawling with bed bugs or some other similar bug. When I returned to the hotel a few days later I explained the problem and was given a different room. That room wasn´t as clean as the room I had stayed in and upon checking the bedding out I noticed debris on the sheets, dirt, hair, etc. So I advised reception and they were going to have housekeeping deal with this matter while I was out having lunch. When I returned the bed had been made, the debris brushed off but the sheets were not changed! I slept that night on top of the bedspread, didn´t notice a bug problem but will not stay there again. In a nutshell it was overpriced for the value that was delivered.

The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas which created a cozy atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from and the coffee was delicious. The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to the city's main attractions and restaurants.

The rooms were a bit outdated and some of the furniture looked older. The bathroom was small and there was not enough lighting.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was great! We loved the comfortable beds and the overall cleanliness of the room. The lobby was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and decorations that really got us in the holiday spirit. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, and the location was perfect for exploring the city center and its many attractions.

We did notice that some areas of the hotel seemed a bit outdated, especially the bathroom fixtures. It wasn't a major issue, but it did detract a bit from the overall experience.
